Our joglo at Made's Warung Berawa was carefully sourced in Central Java where it was dismantled and brought to Bali by the Made's Warung Berawa team. Joglo's are very significant to Indonesian culture and are known as a central place where all your family comes to gather and it is said that "the bigger the joglo, the higher the social standing". Our joglo was previously owned by an ex Javanese Mayor who was also an antiques collector. If you take the time to have a look, this joglo has beautiful carvings which mean Prosperity, Unity and Happiness and so we invite you all to enjoy the blessed significance this building brings.
